Serving over 20 years as a behavioral healthcare leader, Melanie contributes extensive operations management, strategic administration, and clinical strength in her current role as Chief Executive Officer with Sacramento Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. Her hands-on approach to teamwork and quality care has built success in this and previous roles, such as Director of Providence Kodiak Island Counseling Center, Administrator for North Star Behavioral Health, and Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer with Heritage Oaks Hospital. Melanie earned her Master’s degree in Social Work with Administration Concentration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her commitment is to provide kindness, service, and healing to those needing mental health care and support across Northern California.
