Erica’s breadth of expertise spans more than 20 years of successful behavioral healthcare and leadership experience. She earned her Bachelor of Professional Studies in Public Communications from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Social Work from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University in New York. She is also a Certified Trauma Professional. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient care settings, as well as transitional housing program shelters, where she cared for patients with severe and persistent mental illness with a dual diagnosis. As a clinical leader, Erica has contributed as a program supervisor, program manager, and director of risk management at Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center and Hospital in New York. Previous professional roles included working as a crisis coordinator, licensed therapist and licensed forensic social worker. Erica is a strong leader who is committed to ensuring that Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital’s patients receive optimal individualized treatment through trauma-informed care.
