Daniel earned a dual B.A. from California State University Fresno in Social Work and Chicano Studies. He then earned his Master of Science in Counseling/Marriage, Family and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix. He brings over 22 years of behavioral health experience to his current role as Director, Outpatient Services. Daniel’s comprehensive background includes expertise in the areas of crisis response, domestic violence, and trauma. He has also worked extensively with adolescents and adults with severe and persistent mental health concerns. He has served in private practice behavioral management, leadership, program development, and consulting, and was president of his own S corporation before coming to Santa Rosa. Daniel has a distinct ability to bring out the best in his staff, and is proud of the growth and continued development of The Outpatient Center at Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. His goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based services to our clients and throughout our community.
